Unreal Engine Artist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia

Employment Type: Contract


  • Work closely with the Head of Asset to ensure that exceptions are met (e.g., ensure shaders are optimised for the different levels of LODs).

  • Engage with render management team & Head of IT to help better understand the render compute requirements for upcoming jobs

  • Troubleshoot complex imaging related issues in production and work with the team to resolve them

  • With the production teams, inform QC and optimisation steps for assets and shots


  • Texture Painting and Material generation (Substance...)

  • Shading ( Unreal Engine, Arnold, GPU /  ...)

  • Material Transport (from third party renderers)

  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementation emerging and available 3rd party tools, technologies and processes

  • Reducing scene complexity 

  • Adjusting project graphics settings

  • A solid understanding of trigonometry and vector math

  • Understanding how computers work from a hardware to software level
